I have a vaguely similar issue in a 2010 Doblo Cargo 1.6 Multijet, start off from cold with a little black smoke on acceleration, once warm on the ring road give it some boot and it loses vacuum to the wastegate (tested by a gauge) so lose boost then goes into Limp mode with overboost code. Delete it and off we go again.

Also, a fault code does not necessarily mean you have to replace something. P0069 = Manifold Absolute Pressure Barometric Pressure Correlation. This suggests the signal from the MAP sensor does not correlate to the signal expected by the ECU. Possibly the MAP sensor needs cleaning. P0180 = Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit Malfunction.

The 1.3 multijet is a super little engine when working properly, and will work properly for a very long time if serviced on time, and with good oil. Just an update folks, it was the high pressure pump, had to send it back to Bosch via Euro parts as they did not have a rebuilt one ready, took a week to turn round cost £210, but did the job, took a bit of running to clear out the unburnt diesel in the exhaust & had to shoot up the Motorway in the dead of night to give it good clearout but is now fine, amazing how engine survied after the

1.3 Multijet Turbo Check and Repair. Be sure the issue is not due to a faulty boost pressure sender. Remove the turbo, complete with the catalyst. There is probably no need to separate them. Ensure no dirt enters the turbo, especially the oil inlet. Refer to header picture for part names.
