There is no USB port, but there is an AMI to USB cable that converts the AMI port into a fully functional USB port. I am personally using a 1TB hard disk connected via the 'AMI to USB' cable. MMI Sound volume dissapearing. About a month ago, I got in my car to go to lunch and realized there was no volume on the radio. That was odd considering radio is always on. Sometimes, my MMI does not switch to the backup camera screen. Restarting the car resolves the issue. I get DTC 00532 supply voltage b+ upper limit exceeded. Either because of bugs in the MMI (of which there are plenty), or because Audi has server issues/maintenance (which happens very often). If the issue persists, force reboot the MMI once a day until it gets better (hold down the power/volume knob until the MMI and climate displays both turn off). Try a factory reset after a few days.

Oct 6, 2023. #14. I've had this "Navigation database unavailable" fault for the past week. It doesn't seem to be resolving itself, and rebooting the MMI hasn't fixed it either. It's like the Nav database doesn't exist anymore. Phoned up my dealer to book it in for the software update which I hope will resolve it.
