The fact that it even screwed over charging with the phone off makes this very believable. yes I have the same issue and sadly also still have not found the solution. before updating to 12.5.2 I have 12.0.4 and it only took 90-105 minutes from 10% to 100%. but now on 12.5 it takes 120-140 minutes even with the phone off.
